The following restricted uses are applicable to Article 5 (Restrictions on Use) of AITRIOS™ User Terms of Use and Article 6 (Your Liability), Section 1 of AITRIOS™ Terms of Use. Capitalized terms used in this notice but not defined herein have the meaning given to them in the AITRIOS User Terms or AITRIOS Terms of Use.

You and Registered Corporate User represent, warrant and guarantee that you and Registered Corporate User shall not commit, or attempt to commit, any act similar to any of the following actions or cooperating in or encouraging any such act of a third party:

  1. Provide, or fail to correct, any inaccurate information in connection with your User Account, Project, and User Service;
  2. Impersonate any person or entity, including any User, Participating Organization, or any of our employees, whether through false association with us, by fraudulently misrepresenting your identity or purpose, or otherwise;
  3. Access or use any portion of the Services Platform or User Services by unauthorized means;
  4. Share unauthorized product licensing keys, use software for generating unauthorized product licensing keys, or use software for bypassing checks for product licensing keys, including extension of a free license beyond its trial period;
  5. Inauthentic interactions, such as fake accounts and automated inauthentic activity;
  6. Rank abuse, such as automated starring or following;
  7. Incentivize inauthentic engagement with rewards such as cryptocurrency airdrops, tokens, credits, gifts or other give-aways;
  8. Infringe, breach, misappropriate, or damage any proprietary right of Sony, any User, or any third party, including Intellectual Property Rights, privacy, publicity, or other rights;
  9. Misuse any personal information of a third party;
  10. Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Services Platform or User Services, use of the User Services, or access to the User Services without our express written permission;
  11. Defame Sony, Reseller or any third party, or damage Sony's or a third party's reputation or credibility;
  12. Reproduce, copy, disclose, sell, distribute, lend or otherwise make available the User Account information etc. of a third party;
  13. Use of our servers for any form of excessive automated bulk activity, to place undue burden on our servers through automated means, or to relay any form of unsolicited advertising or solicitation through our servers;
  14. Disrupt, interfere with, or hinder (or attempt to do any of the foregoing) the operations of the Services Platform, or its servers or networks, or the User Services, such as by implementing, distributing, or executing malware, viruses, disabling code, or other harmful computer code;
  15. Use our servers to disrupt or to attempt to disrupt, or to gain or to attempt to gain unauthorized access to, any service, device, data, account or network;
  16. Extract any information from the Services Platform or any User Services via automated process, including by bot, web crawler, scraping, or attempting any other data mining or similar extraction methods;
  17. Download, distribute, make available for public transmission, alter or modify, erase or, except to the extent that such restrictions are prohibited by law, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or erase all or any portion of the Services Platform or the User Services beyond the scope specifically authorized by Sony or for purposes other than those recognized as appropriate by Sony in its sole discretion (including disable or avoid functions such as content protection and access control, or intentionally using any malfunctions of the Services Platform or the User Services);
  18. Provide any content or perform any activity on any portion of the Services Platform or User Services that (a) is unlawful or promotes unlawful activities; (b) is sexually obscene or relates to sexual exploitation or abuse, including of minors; (c) is libelous, defamatory, or fraudulent; (d) is discriminatory or abusive toward any individual or group; (e) is false, inaccurate, or intentionally deceptive information and likely to adversely affect the public interest (including health, safety, election integrity, and civic participation); (f) harasses or abuses another individual or group, including our employees, officers, and agents, or other Users or Participating Organizations; (g) threatens or incites violence toward any individual or group, especially on the basis of who they are; (h) gratuitously depicts or glorifies violence, including violent images; or (i) is off-topic, or interacts with platform features in a way that significantly or repeatedly disrupts the experience of other Users or Participating Organizations;
  19. Political or religious actions through the use of any portion of the Services Platform or User Services;
  20. Use the Services Platform to design, develop, manufacture, modify, use, or store Arms and that no actions will be taken that might cause a breach of trade control or economic sanctions implemented by the United Nations, Japan, the USA, the European Union, or any other country or region under jurisdiction thereof. "Arms" means products, software, technologies, or services designed for combat attack (i.e. killing or destruction) or that could be diverted and employed for combat attack, including parts, accessories and/or software specially designed for any such products, software, technologies or services. Arms include (a) any types of guns (including hunting guns and sport guns) and any telescopic sights for any such guns, (b) tanks, battleships, submarines and fighters (including attack helicopters), (c) explosives, (d) biological or chemical weapons, (e) missiles, (f) unmanned aerial vehicles equipped with offensive weapons (including dissemination feature of biological or chemical weapons), and (g) devices or programs specially designed for guidance or attitude control of the items described above.
  21. Use the Services Platform to design, develop, manufacture, or modify products or services used by Government Entities for the purpose of Law Enforcement, either directly or indirectly through third parties. “Law Enforcement” means the enforcement of the laws in any jurisdiction such as the powers for intrusive search, seizure, arrest, detention, rehabilitation, and/or punishing of the subjects suspected of violating laws and regulations. This does not include limited use cases, such as finding missing children and seniors, verifying identities for the purpose of accessing buildings, checking passports at border control, or logging into electronic devices. “Government entities” include national and local police, military police, prosecutors, and intelligence agencies.
  22. Actions violating any of the Terms, laws, regulations or standards of public decency or morality;
  23. Actions stipulated in any of the previous items while posing as a third party;
  24. Actions determined by Sony, in its sole discretion, to be potentially applicable to any of the previous items; or
  25. Any other action that Sony determines, in its sole discretion, to be inappropriate for the operation of the Services Platform or the User Services.
